About Us
ALL STAR DANCE COACH
Lake Country Dance is continuing to grow, and we are expanding our established coaching team for the 2026–2027 All Star season.
We are seeking an experienced, technically strong All Star coach who is passionate about developing competitive dancers and thrives in a structured, team-focused training environment. This role is centered on coaching and athlete development, working alongside an experienced leadership team within a program known for intentional culture, strong communication, and high performance standards.
This position is ideal for a coach who values technical precision, consistency, and building confident, well-trained dancers through clear progression and strong team training.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
Technical training and skill development
Team synchronization and performance quality
Cleaning choreography with precision and clarity
Turn technique development and progression
Pom, jazz, and hip hop competitive styles
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has significant competitive dance or All Star team experience
Understands dance team training systems and competitive preparation
Loves coaching and developing athletes long-term
Thrives within a collaborative but clearly structured program
Is excited to grow alongside an established and supportive studio culture

PRESCHOOL DANCE TEACHER
Lake Country Dance is growing, and we are looking for a warm, energetic, and engaging preschool dance teacher to help lead our beloved Petite program. We’re searching for someone who truly loves working with little ones and brings a bubbly, magnetic personality that kids adore and parents trust.
This role includes teaching ages 2–6, creating fun and age-appropriate choreography, collaborating on music and themes, and helping create joyful first dance experiences filled with confidence, creativity, and connection. Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and dependable availability (daytime, evenings, and Saturday mornings) are essential.
